A very hot sauce with an almost fruity taste of onion, garlic and chile pepper.
Nice taste, but the heat (due to capsain extract) makes it difficult to use more than a few
teaspoons of this sauce in one serving of food, and that don't add enough taste to the food.
One bottle is enough for 10 - 12 servings.

Mariachi Red Pepper Sauce (10 fl. oz. / 284 g)

A medium hot sauce with a taste of cumin, cayenne pepper and vinegar.
A fair heat and not too much vinegar combined with a fine taste of cayenne
makes this sauce ideal for marinating beefs and other meat.
It is also a nice pour over sauce for all kinds of egg dishes and seafood.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 servings.
