First comes only the fruity taste of habanero, mango and lime, after a few seconds comes the heat and flavours of mustard and onions.
The aftertaste is very long and fruity with a perfect balance between heat, fruit and flavours of mustard and blackpepper.
This sauce is almost perfect! Use it with all kinds of food!
