Wild Pequin Sauce from the kitchen of Montesuma, Hot (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999A medium hot sauce with a taste that is dominated by vinegar, but also has very fine chile flavour.
This sauce is too acid and too thin to my taste.
It should have stayed in Montezuma's kitchen, as I can't find any use for it in my kitchen.
