A rather mild, vinegar based sauce with a good, fruity cayenne pepper flavor, a little garlic and a hint of lemon.
Much better than McIllhenny's Tabasco Sauce.
To get some heat in one serving of food, you will need the whole bottle.
Perfect on eggs.
