A rather hot sauce with a fresh taste of habanero and lime.
Very well balanced taste. Use it with all types of food.
One bottle is enough for one serving of food.

A rather mild jalapeno sauce with too much vinegar.
One need the whole bottle to get some heat in a serving of food,
and it will taste nothing but vinegar allready after a few tablespoons of this sauce.
I can't find any use for this sauce in my kitchen, except maybe on eggs.

Extremely hot, but with a great taste before the heat wave hits. Perfect with barbecued meat and chicken.
One teaspoon is enough to give real heat to one serving of food, one tablespoon is my upper limit with this sauce.
Normal people should not use more than a few drops in a serving of food.
