A mild, sweet and very fruity sauce with flavours of cranberries, orange, chile pepper and a hint of ginger.
Rather odd to bee a hot sauce, but woundeful to use on roast duck and other poultry.
It is also an almost perfect sauce to have on home made honey ice cream.
Good on pancakes also!

A rather mild sauce with a taste of blueberries, ginger, honey and a hint of garlic.
After a few seconds comes a nice and long lasting heat of habanero.
A realy odd sauce, but it is perfect with grilled chicken and to marinate chicken wings in.
Too small bottle!!!
