Belligerent Blaze - Habanero Gourmet Sauce (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a sligthly sweet taste of habanero and only enough vinegar to balance the habanero.
The first impression is very fruity with a great habanero flavour and within a few seconds comes a great burning heat.
Perfect on egg sandwiches, as it is thick enough to stay on the sandwich even if you use half the bottle on one sandwich.
One bottle is enough for 3 egg sandwiches.

Butt Twister - Butt-Blazin Fire Sauce (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
This is the same sauce as Belligerent Blaze, but with a different lable.

Currybbean Fiesta (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot, fruity sauce with a taste of fruit (pineapple, passion fruit, lemon, banana), curry and habanero.
The first impression is only fruit and curry, the habanero flavour comes after one or two seconds and is soon followed by a nice heat.
Very good with fried or grilled seafood.
A one-serving-bottle.

Florida Heat (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of oranges, carrots, allspice and habanero.
The first impression is a mixture of orange juice and carrot juice with a lot of allspice,
but after a short moment comes the flavour and heat of habanero.
An aftertaste of allspice is destroying this sauce totally.
One bottle is enough for two servings of food.

Liquid Ax (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A very hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, chile pepper and spices.
There is a fine taste of apple cider vinegar and a spicy flavour of wood
(oak barrel?) like in a fine Rioja wine before the heat takes over.
The lable says that it is made with extra hot habanero peppers,
but I can't identify any habanero flavour in the taste.
Use this sauce with care, it is HOT even if it is made without capsain extract.
One bottle is enough for 5 egg sandwiches.

Microsauce Competion Cooker 2000, Y2K Compatible Gourmet Hot Sauce (5 oz.)

Tasted 1999
This is the same sauce as Belligerent Blaze, but with a different lable.

the Original El's Red Eye (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce wih a taste of honey, tequila, chile peppers and vinegar.
The first impression is a sweet taste of honey and tequila, well balances by vinegar,
a moment later comes the taste of jalapeno and other peppers, followed by a nice heat.
One of the best jalapeno sauces I have tasted.
One bottle = one serving (or 2 egg sandwiches).

Peppa Colada - Pineapple Habanero Sauce With Coconut Spiced Rum (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of pineapple, coconut and habanero.
It starts with a mild fruity taste of pineapple and coconut, followed by a fresh habanero fruit,
and finishing with a good burning heat.
It has a long aftertaste of pineapple and coconut with a long lingering heat.
This sauce is a masterpice and goes well with seafood, poultry and all bbq food.
One of my favorites.
One bottle is enough for 1 or 2 servings of food.

Sir Fartalot's Hot Sauce (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
This is the same sauce as El's Red Eye, but with a different lable.

Vicious Viper (5 oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
An extremely hot sauce with a taste of capsain extract, mustard, tomato and fruit.
The first impression is fruity with tomatoes and mustard, but after a few seconds
is the taste of capsain extract and the heat totally dominating.
This sauce will not add anything but heat to the food.
Use it with care. Never more than a teaspoon in a serving of food.
