Aji Lemondrop Hot Sauce (40 ml)

Opens with pineapple, lemon and apple, followed by passionfruit and other fruity notes as well as a fair heat.
Good with all kinds of food, but too small bottle.
Perfect on softboiled egg with Swedish caviar.
One bottle is enough for 1 egg.

Ananas Chipotle Chunky Salsa - Medium (225 ml)

A rather mild salsa which opens with tomatos, onions, cilantro, a touch of garlic, cumin and a smoky tone.
After a few seconds follows a smoky chipotle flavour and a nice heat. Very vell balanced and harmonious taste.
This salsa goes well with grilled chicken and also with tacos.
A "one-serving-jar".

Apple Jalapeño Hot Sauce (100 ml)

Tasted 2024
Sweet apple, lime and a little vinegar followed by jalapeno, herbs and a mild heat.
Rather mild, but very tasty with a long and lingering aftertaste.
Perfect with shrimp and other seafood.
One bottle = one serving.

Caribbean Red Habanero Hot Sauce (40 ml)

Tasted 2024
Apple and lemon soon followed by red habanero and a good heat.
The perfect allroundsauce, but too small bottle.
I love it on softboiled egg and Swedish caviar.
One bottle is enough for 1½ egg with Swedish caviar.

Everyday Chili Burn (250 ml)

Tasted 2024
Opens with flavours of carrot, pineapple and onion, soon followed by habanero and a good lingering heat,
and finishes with a well balanced acid note of lime and orange.
Very nice with chicken and seafood.
One bottle is enough for 4 - 5 servings.

Everyday Jalapeño Zing (250 ml)

Tasted 2024
Cucumber, onion, carrot, jalapeno and vinegar, followed by a mild heat, a light sweetness and a touch of habanero.
Fresh taste, initially with more vegatables than jalapeno, but a nice heat follows after a few seconds.
I like to use this sauce to marinate fish before frying it.
One bottle is enough for 2 servings.

Mango Habanero Hot Sauce (100 ml)

Tasted 2021
Opens with a a sweet taste of mango and onion and fresh lime acidity,
immediately followed by heatwawes of yellow habanero.
The heat is long and lasting, but there is also a lingering nuance of sweet mango in the aftertaste.
One bottle is enough for 3 egg sandwiches, or 2 servings of other food.

Nordic Wild Hot Sauce (40 ml)

Tasted 2024
A rather hot sauce, but to small bottle.
Paprika, vinegar, lingonberries, followed by heatwaves of habanero.
Long and lingering heat.
Use with most kinds of food, but best with gratinated crab or lobster.
Also nice on softboiled eggs with Swedish caviar. One bottle is enough for 2 eggs.

Original Habanero Hot Sauce (100 ml)

Tasted 2021
Carrot, tomato, acid (lemon & vinegar), a nice sweetness, followed by habanero and a good heat.
Fresh and well balanced, with a long and ligering heat.
Nice with most kinds of food, and perfect on egg sandwiches.
One bottle = 3 egg sandwiches or 2 servings of food.

Rostad Habanero Chilisås (250 ml)

Tasted 2024
Opens with sweet flavours of tomato and apple, immediatly followed by lemon and ginger.
After a few seconds comes habanero with a light roasted note, and a rather mild heat.
Very nice as dip sauce for chicken wings.
1 bottle is enough to make 1 serving of food fairly hot.
Also tasty to use as a drink with your food.

Scorpion Chunky Salsa - Extra Hot (225 ml)

A rather hot salsa which opens with tomatos, cumin, garlic, onions, lime and cilantro,
soon followed by a nice heat and the flavour of scorpion chili.
Perfect for marinating chicken wings. Goes also well with most other types of bbq food.
One jar = 2 servings.

Scorpion Inferno Hot Sauce (40 ml)

Tasted 2024
Opens with a taste of sea buckthorn and onion, followed by the flavour of scorpion chili and ginger.
After a few seconds comes an intense heat, that lasts several minutes.
The perfect allround sauce if you like your food hot.
One bottle is enough for 3 - 4 softbolied eggs with Swedish caviar.

Skånsk Tomat Chunky Salsa - Medium (225 ml)

A rather mild salsa which opens with a fresh and tasty tomato flavour, followed by notes of lime, paprika, cilantro,
cumin and a hint of pineapple. A few seconds later comes a nice habanero flavour and a nice heat.
Goes very well with grilled chicken wings.
A "one-serving-jar".

Sriracha Chilisås (250 ml)

Tasted 2024
An nice initial taste of garlic and paprika is followed by a fresh taste of habanero and a fair heat after a few seconds.
Under the initial taste comes a little vinegar acidity and a very sweet note.
The best sriracha i tasted so far, even if it is too sweet to my taste (most other srirachas are to salty).
One bottle is enough to give a fair heat to 1 serving of food.
Too sweet to be used on egg sandwiches.
