Raging Inferno by Chef Shaikh, Tamarind Habanero Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A very hot and rather sweet sauce with a smoky flavour of tamarind and chile extract.
The first impression is a sweet taste of tamarind, tomato and chipotle, but it is swiftly followed by a fiery heat.
It is very difficult to find any habanero flavour in this sauce as it is dominated by the taste of chile extract.
A very well balanced taste with good harmony between all ingredients, despite the chile extract.
Use it with grilled or fried food. One bottle is hot enough for 2 - 4 servings.

Chef Shaikh's Raging Passion, Pomegranate Habanero Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A sweet fruity, rather hot sauce with a wounderful combination of flavours.
First comes a sweet aromatic fruit of pomegrante, tomato and lemon with a hint of garlic,
within two seconds it is overpowered by an intense habanero flavour,
which is followed by a wave of heat only seconds later.
One of the most interesting habanero sauces I have tasted.
Use it with with all kinds of fried or grilled food.
One bottle gives heat enough for for one or two servings of food.
