Tasted 2007A medium hot chilipaste in oil, with a taste that is dominated by holy basil, but also has a good
sting of chili and a touch of garlic. Sligthly too salty, as a whole jar is needed to give a fair
heat to one serving of food. Really nice with pork and chicken.
One jar = one serving.
