Ground Chili & Garlic in Oil
Tasted 2007A rather mild chili paste with a well balanced taste of
roasted chili and garlic. Only enouth salt to give a depth
to the taste. Use this sauce instead of oil when frying
chicken, or use it as a pour over sauce.
One jar is enough to give a fair heat to one serving.
