A rather mild sauce with a taste of carrots and habanero.
The taste is dominated by carrots and the fruitiness of the habanero is almost masked by the carrots.
In the aftertaste is also a hint of onions. Would have been better with more habanero and less carrots.
Not one of my favorites. A one-serving-bottle.

A rather hot sauce with a fine, but sligthly bitter, taste of habanero and carrots.
The firste impression is of habanero fruitiness and carrots, but it is lacking freshness,
followed by a small but unpleasant bitterness and a fine heat. There is also onions in the aftertaste.
They should have added a little more lime juice, which would have given the the sauce a fresher fruitiness.
One bottle is enough for 1 or 2 servings.
