Mild sauce with a fruity, slightly smoky, taste of chile pepper and to much vinegar.
Very nice taste except for the vinegar, but allmost no heat at all.

Mild and sweet with a little too much vinegar. Rather nice taste, but almost no heat at all.

A medium hot sauce with a rather fresh taste.
More taste of lime and vinegar than of habanero.
Can be used on egg dishes, but will not add much heat.
