Very mild chili flavour and a mild heat.
More taste of smoky blackberry jam, than of hot sauce.
Use this sauce on ice cream.

But still with a nice chiliflavour.
One drop is almost too much for an eggsandwish.
Two drops are my limit for one serving of hot food...
but still it has a really nice chiliflavour.
If it was sold in one gallon jars, I would buy a gallon of it.
I think that would be enough for one year... even for my chili crazy family.
