Tasted 2024Opens with sweet notes of lemon, bluberries and onion,
followed by a nice but not too intense heat.
Dark fruity aftertaste with a lingering heat and nice sweetness.
Very tasty and with a fair heat.
Use this sauce with BBQ meat and dark bird meat like ostrich.

Tasted 2024Sweet notes of tomato, vinegar and onions,
after a few seconds followed by a mild heat.
Gives me an association to spicy catchup.
Nice with grilled sausage.
