The fresh and fruity, slightly acid taste and a fair heat level makes this sauce perfect for seafood (and most other food).
One bottle is enough to heat up one serving of food.

A medium hot sauce with a sweet taste of ginger, cranberries and habanero.
This sauce is very good on seafood, and also as a dipping sauce for chicken wings.
A one-serving-bottle.

A rather hot sauce with a taste of curry, chile pepper and vinegar.
This is a hot curry sauce which I is very nice with fried chicken,
fried shrimps and other dishes there you normally use curry paste.

A very well balanced taste with good harmony between all ingredients.

This is an almost perfect sauce for chicken (and other poultry).

The taste is rich, it has a good harmony between all ingredients and a fair heat.
I prefere to use this sauce with meat.

A medium hot sauce with a smoky taste of chile pepper, cabbage, tomatoes and spices.
This sauce is so thick that it is a bit difficult to get out of the bottle.
Perfect on all kinds of meat an poultry.
Lovely on roast beef sandwich (you can use a lot as it is thick enough to stay on the sandwich).

A rather hot sauce with a fruity taste of mango, coconuts, pineapple and chile pepper.
I love this sauce on fried salmon and fried tuna.
Also good on other types of seafood and on poultry.
