Tasted 1999A medium hot sauce with a rich fruity, slightly roasted, taste of tomatoes, onions, peri-peri and lemons.
Very good balance between fruitiness and heat.
I used the whole bottle (6.75 oz) with a serving of bbq beef and rice.

Tasted 1999A rather mild sauce, with a rich, slightly roasted, taste of tomatoes, onions, lemons and peri-peri.
I love this sauce, even if it is rather mild.
The taste have a perfect balance, and one can still feel both the taste and the heat of peri-peri.
One of the best mild chili sauces I have tasted.
The only negative things to say regarding this sauce is that the bottle is too small and too expensive.
I would like to buy this sauce in one gallon jars!

Tasted 1999A mild sauce, with a rich, slightly roasted, taste of tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemons and peri-peri.
A well balanced taste, which only need some more peri-peri to be perfect.
Too mild to my taste, but probably perfect for chile virgins.
