Atlanta Burning, Super Hot Sauce (142 g)

Tasted 1999
A very hot sauce with a sweet smoky taste of chile peppers, tamarind, tomatoes, onions, capsaicin extract and a lot of other things.
To describe the taste of this sauce I must use a word I normally use when tasting great wines, and that is "complex".
The taste is really complex with a lot of different flavours in harmony with each other and a rather intense heat.
The aftertaste is very long, and the heat even more lasting.
One bottle is enough for 3 servings.
