Tasted 1999A really hot sauce with a smoky taste of garlic, lemon and habanero.
The first impression is rather mild and dominated by a smoky taste of garlic and lemon,
after a few seconds follows the habanero flavour and an intense burning heat.
The heat is long and lingering.
A really nice sauce with a good bite. Use it with all kinds of food.
One bottle is enough for 4 - 5 servings.

Tasted 1999A really hot sauce with a taste of vodka, rosemary and chile pepper.
This is a perfect meat marinade, but it is too thin to use on egg sanwiches.
It is really hot and one bottle is enough for 7 - 10 servings.
