A hot sauce with a sligthly acid taste of chile peppers, onion, garlic and thyme.
Too much heat as there is too little taste to balance the heat. Not one of my favorites.
One bottle is hot enough for 3 - 6 servings.

Tasted 2000
A rather hot sauce with a round and full taste of onion/garlic, scallion and scotch bonnet.
The first impression is round and rather soft with flavours of scallion, onion/garlic,
within a second comes a great, almost fruity scotch bonnet flavour and a good burning heat.
One bottle is enough for three egg sandwiches or 1 - 2 servings of other food.
