Habanero Salsa 1 fresh yellow habanero chile, seeded and stemmed 1 yellow tomato, roughly chopped 3 papayas, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped (3 cups) 3/4 cup fresh orange juice 2 tbs fresh lime juice 1 tbs unseasoned rice wine vinegar 1 tbs water 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
