Mango Salsa 1 cup mango, diced 1 cup cantaloupe, diced 1 can chopped green chiles, drained 1/3 cup scallion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 pinch ground red pepper Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve soon or refrigerate up to 3 days.
