Pineapple-Mint Salsa Yield: 8 servings 8 fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and finely chopped 2 tb coarsely chopped fresh mint 2 c diced fresh pineapple 1/2 c yogurt 1/4 c sour cream 1/4 c orange juice 1 tb honey Combine the strawberries and pineapple in a small bowl and stir until blended.
