Salsa 7 cups tomatoes chopped 4 cloves garlic 3/4 cup white vinegar 8 Jalapeno peppers,chopped.(add seeds) 2 cups diced onions 1 156ml can tomato paste 1 tsp cumin 1/2 cup cilantro,finely chopped Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until desired consistency. Ladle hot into hot sterilized pint jars. Allow 1/2" headspace. Seal lids only to fingertight.
