Baked Chicken Wings Recipe by: Prodigy Food & Wine Board Servings: 4 30 Chicken Wing Drumettes 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Dry Sherry 1 clove Garlic - minced 2 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger 1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar 1 Green Onion - chopped 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Paprika - to taste Combine all ingredients except chicken and paprika. Marinate chicken in this mixture for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Arrange in a single layer in a greased baking dish; sprinkle liberally with paprika. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until wings are browned and tender.
