Eating rats?

I have eaten many strange animals when traveling in Africa and Asia,
but this was actually nothing that enticed my taste buds.
My father-in-law thinks, however, that rats is a delicacy that I must try,
but I am very hesitant...
This will apparently be a minced rat dish...
Fortunately Waritsara fixes the finishing touch with a hefty dose Prik Chi-Fah...
Well, it tasted fairly good even if it was a bit crunchy.
I'll tell my father-in-law that the minced meat will be even better
if he bone the rats before chopping them next time.
